Who
ZTrader Research operates the terminal at ztrader.ai. This notice covers the account, terminal, academy, research library, and billing surfaces we run. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data: email, authentication identifiers, and the plan attached to the account.
- Billing data: subscription status and payment references handled by our processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Product data you create: academy notes, research library items, copilot chats, and trading journal entries, so we can show them back to you.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser, and pages requested, used to keep the service up and to investigate abuse.
Why
We use this to sign you in, deliver the modules your plan includes, bill a subscription you start, answer support mail, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.
Who else sees it
Authentication and database hosting, and the payment processor when you pay, process data for us. Market data and model providers receive the queries needed to answer a request, not a sale of your account. We share information if the law requires it.
How long
Account and content data stay while the account is open. Billing records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Security logs are kept for a limited operational window and then deleted or aggregated.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy or deletion of account content by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. Deletion closes the product data we can remove without breaking a legal hold. Some payment records must be kept.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember terminal preferences such as language and theme. We do not use that storage to sell ads.
