What this is
ZTrader is a research terminal. It shows market context, courses, notes, a research library, a copilot, and related tools. It is software for reading and study. It is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, or commodity trading adviser.
Not advice, not a solicitation
Nothing on ZTrader is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or digital asset. Commentary, courses, charts, model output, and copilot replies are educational. You decide whether to act, and you place any order at your own broker or venue.
No fiduciary relationship
Using an account does not make ZTrader, its operator, or its contributors your adviser or fiduciary. We do not take custody of your funds and we do not execute trades for you.
Markets and performance
Prices, news, and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Past performance, backtests, and hypothetical results do not predict future results. You can lose money. You are responsible for checking anything you might act on.
Accounts and billing
You keep your login private. Paid plans, if you buy one, are billed by our payment processor. Fees, renewals, and cancellation follow the plan shown at checkout. Access ends when a subscription ends, except where a law requires otherwise.
Your content and ours
Courses, research, software, and branding stay ours or our licensors’. Your notes, journal entries, and chats stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the product can work, including inside the terminal you are signed into.
Acceptable use
Do not break the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, share a paid seat beyond your plan, or use it to violate market-abuse or sanctions rules. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of ZTrader or from data, courses, or model output. Where a limit is not allowed, liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
