Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Ztrader Research and related pages, feeds, membership gates, and APIs operated by Ravenrock Fintech California, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://ztrader.ai and affiliated subdomains (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal or internal research use. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish, or create competing datasets from our content without prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law (including fair use).

Some content requires authentication or a paid product (for example, research membership via Master Auth). You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, chargebacks, credential sharing, or Terms violations.

Fees, renewals, and cancellations for paid products are described at checkout or on the pricing surface linked from the Services. Taxes may apply.

Content, charts, models, AI answers, signals, and commentary are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or investment adviser under U.S. law, and use of the Services does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. You must independently verify any information before acting.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Trademarks such as ZTrader and Ztrader Research remain our property. User submissions (comments, prompts, feedback) may be used by us to operate and improve the Services without obligation to you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You agree not to:

• interfere with security, rate limits, or authentication;
• probe, scan, or attack infrastructure without authorization;
• upload malware or unlawful content;
• misrepresent affiliation with Ravenrock Fintech California, LLC or ZTrader;
• use the Services to provide regulated advice to others as if it were ours.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate market data or AI outputs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVENROCK FINTECH CALIFORNIA, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You will indemnify and hold harmless Ravenrock Fintech California, LLC and its officers, members, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to another agreed dispute-resolution process, except where prohibited by consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid memberships may be communicated through the account or billing channel used at purchase.
